Landlord Tech, Inc., doing business as OurPetPolicy, provides a compliance-focused platform that helps property managers track animals on residential properties, maintain accurate records, and comply with applicable Fair Housing laws. A core function of our service is supporting the review and verification of reasonable accommodation requests related to emotional support and service animals.

Who we’re looking for:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, and industry engagement. This role requires strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and deadlines simultaneously.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that involves coordinating trade shows, webinars, sponsorships, speaking engagements, marketing campaigns, and general marketing operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams and vendors to keep projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional project execution.
  • Assist with webinar planning and execution, including guest coordination, scheduling, promotional support, and follow-up activities.
  • Research and coordinate speaking engagement opportunities, webinars, podcasts, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.
  • Coordinate work across internal team members, contractors, designers, writers, and external vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Support lead generation and marketing outreach initiatives related to webinars, campaigns, and industry partnerships.
  • Take rough ideas, drafts, and marketing concepts and help turn them into polished, organized, and execution-ready deliverables.
  • Review and refine marketing copy, presentations, and materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, professionalism, and alignment with company messaging.
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives from initial concept through final delivery.
  • Track campaign execution and support reporting on marketing initiatives and lead generation activities.
  • Help improve and organize marketing processes, workflows, and project coordination.
  • Assist with general marketing operations, administrative coordination, and cross-functional project support as needed.
