Position Details
  • Attraction Strategy & Execution – Partner with Marketing on channel selection, advertising approach, and campaign content, aligned to program demand and client requirements.
  • Campaign Performance & Analytics – Analyze attraction data to evaluate campaigns, flag under‑performing channels, and optimize the mix.
  • Pipeline Ownership (Attraction to Submission) – Own end‑to‑end performance from attraction to client submission, keeping a healthy, well‑qualified pipeline against program demand.
  • Team & Resourcer Management – Lead and develop the resourcer team, set clear expectations, coach to standards, and address underperformance quickly and directly.
  • Data Quality & HubSpot Discipline – Embed attention to detail and data quality in HubSpot – candidate records, pipeline stages, and activity logging accurate and audit‑ready.
  • Quality of Candidate Communications – Set and uphold the standard for candidate communications at screening, pipelining, and submission – consistent with Espirita's tone and employer brand.
  • Interview Preparation Standards – Coach and equip candidates for client interviews, improving interview‑to‑offer conversion over time.
