Job description

As a GTM Recruiter at Candid Health, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to help scale our growing sales and marketing organization. You'll act as a strategic thought partner, working with them to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract top talent for a wide range of business-critical roles.
This is an opportunity for a recruiter who is excited to grow their craft in a fast-moving environment, build strong relationships, and have meaningful ownership over hiring outcomes. You'll run searches end-to-end, contribute to recruiting projects that optimize how we operate, and help raise the bar on talent across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Marketing hires. From sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers, you'll drive searches from kickoff to close while ensuring a seamless and thoughtful candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to understand hiring needs, align on search strategy, and keep searches moving efficiently.
  • Build and maintain high-quality top-of-funnel pipelines. You'll proactively source talent, engage passive candidates, and develop creative strategies to attract strong across a wide range of sales and marketing roles.
  • Help improve recruiting processes and execution. You'll proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve candidate quality, and help make our recruiting operations more effective as we scale.
  • Build strong relationships across the business. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with the recruiting team, Hiring Managers, interviewers, and candidates to create a high-trust, best-in-class hiring process

Who You Are
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting Sales and Marketing hiring in a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong sourcing and organizational instincts. You know how to build pipelines, stay organized across multiple searches, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.
  • Clear and thoughtful communicator, with the ability to build high-trust relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attentive to detail and execution-oriented. You're proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of candidate care and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with data. Data-aware and process-minded. You enjoy digging into data. You're interested in understanding recruiting metrics and using them to improve hiring outcomes over time.
  • Curious, humble, and team-oriented. You prioritize collective success over individual and are energized by helping great teams grow. You're excited to continue developing your recruiting skill set and are open to feedback.

Location
We are an in-person culture. We believe the best work happens when we are in the same room and our ideal weekly schedule is 4 days working from one of our offices (San Francisco, New York, or Denver) and 1 day working remotely.
Pay Transparency
The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $135,000 - $175,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health's funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
