Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry through to patient admission, ensuring a smooth and compassionate transition for both patients and their families.
  2. Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to collect and verify patient information and documentation.
  3. Conduct tours and provide detailed information about our facility and services to prospective residents and their families, addressing any questions or concerns.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date admission records, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  5. Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to promote Venza Care's services.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and support during the admission process, ensuring all aspects are handled with care and professionalism.

Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in admissions coordination or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  2. Strong organizational and administrative skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
