Job Description Summary:
This role keeps marketing's behind-the-scenes work moving. From getting materials designed and shipped to keeping inventory accurate and events well-stocked, this person makes sure the things the team relies on are where they need to be, when they need to be there. They handle the day-to-day - fulfilling orders, tracking stock, supporting reporting - and roll up their sleeves at events to help things run smoothly on the ground. It's a hands-on role for someone organized and dependable who wants to learn how a marketing team really operates.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design Support
  • Create or assist with basic marketing materials, signage, and promotional content as directed
  • Work with Marketing on design needs for campaigns and events

Shipping & Fulfillment
  • Process shipments and respond to urgent requests the same or next business day
  • Pick, pack, and ship marketing materials using approved carriers, checking every order for accuracy
  • Track, document, and confirm all outgoing shipments with the departments that requested them

Inventory Management
  • Keep inventory records accurate and run routine and monthly full counts as needed
  • Sort out any count that doesn't add up, flag what's moving fast and what's sitting, and give Marketing a heads-up on low stock before it runs out
  • Keep storage areas clean, organized, and labeled

Reporting & Financial Coordination
  • Put together the monthly recharge report for each department and submit it by the due date
  • Track promotional item usage from website orders and keep clear records so each department gets charged correctly

Event Coordination Support
  • Help plan and coordinate marketing events, including hotel accommodations, food and beverage, and promotional item prep
  • Make sure promotional materials are staged and available throughout events and campaigns
  • Be a point of contact on the ground during events to help solve logistics issues in real time

This position is based in our Huntsville, AL Corporate Headquarters and reports to the Director of Marketing and Commercial Support for Aviagen North America.
