  • Test, validate, and scale AI use cases to improve efficiency and quality
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled practices across the organization

Measurement & Reporting

  • Define and own communications measurement strategies
  • Standardize reporting across channels (email, intranet, events, surveys)
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve engagement and performance
  • Identify trends and recommend optimizations

Communications Planning & Coordination

  • Own communications calendar and publishing cadence
  • Track timelines, dependencies, approvals, and risks
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders, deliverables, and deadlines

  • Identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for process improvement

Budget Tracking & Process Design

  • Develop standardized processes for tracking communications and event budgets
  • Implement tools and templates for consistent data capture
  • Improve visibility and accuracy of budget reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure adoption

Qualifications (Required)

  • 7+ years of experience in communications operations, marketing operations, or program management
  • Proven experience designing and implementing systems and workflows at scale
