Job description

Woodridge Village is seeking an Internal / External Admissions Coordinator for our Assisted Living Facility. The positions is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with new & existing referral sources who can refer residents to our facilities. Specifically, marketing to Hospitals, Assisted Living Communities, and Home Care Agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates must be self-driven with business development goals and ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes
  • Have the ability to conduct individual/group presentations/luncheons for Healthcare professionals, senior groups, churches, etc.
  • Possess excellent sales and marketing, communication, time management, and organizational skills and a great personality.
  • At least two years’ experience in Marketing in a skilled nursing facility assisted living or healthcare environment is a must
  • Knowledge regarding RCAP, Medicaid Waiver, and private insurances
