MARKETING INTERN - LUXURY SKINCARE

Darmstadt – 6 months internship

This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within Coty’s Luxury Division. Supporting an iconic skincare brand, you will contribute to product launches, marketing activations, business analysis, and cross-functional projects while developing a strong understanding of brand management in the beauty industry.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Marketing Intern, you play a critical role in supporting brand management activities. You will be reporting to the Brand Manager, and you will:

  • Support the planning and execution of product launches, with a focus on the 4 Ps (Product, Price, Place and Promotion).
  • Become fully integrated into the daily activities of a Brand Manager.
  • Support the development and execution of brand initiatives.
  • Create and update sales and marketing materials.
  • Support the design and coordination of marketing campaign assets and flyers.
  • Coordinate sampling activities and promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Support market analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare business data and presentations for internal stakeholders.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a proactive and analytical team player, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are proactive, curious, collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty.

  • Currently enrolled in a business-related degree, ideally with a specialization in Marketing.
  • Completed at least three semesters of study with strong academic performance.
  • Previous internship or practical marketing experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and numbers.
  • Ability to work independently and take a solution-oriented approach.
  • Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.

If you're ready to support and shape the future of beauty, we want you on our team!

WHAT WE OFFER

This is a unique role with an opportunity to make an impact. You'll get to work in a diverse environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about the work they do and know how to have some fun along the way.

  • Ownership of meaningful projects and responsibilities from day one.
  • A collaborative, diverse, and inclusive culture.
  • Subsidized canteen and coffee bar.
  • Free on-site parking and excellent public transport connections.
