At Boston Scientific, we’ll give you the opportunity to harness all that’s within you by working in teams of diverse and high-performing employees, tackling some of the most important health industry challenges. With access to the latest tools, information and training, we’ll help you in advancing your skills and career. Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.

About The Role:

Boston Scientific was recognized as a Glassdoor Best Place to Work in 2026, ranking No. 15 on the Top 100 list, reflecting the culture our employees experience every day.

Boston Scientific is seeking a strategic, customer-focused marketing leader to join our Corporate Accounts Marketing team and help shape commercialization strategies that accelerate growth across the nation's largest health systems.

In this highly visible role, you will serve as the Corporate Accounts marketing lead for an aligned cardiovascular business, helping shape commercialization strategies that accelerate growth within the nation's largest health systems. Working alongside divisional marketing, Corporate Accounts Sales, Health Economics & Reimbursement, and commercial leaders, you'll bring the voice of health system administrators, cardiovascular service line (CVSL) leaders, and supply chain executives into commercialization planning.

This role goes beyond launching products. You'll help shape commercialization strategies across the product lifecycle — from launch readiness and customer adoption to reinforcing the long-term clinical, operational and economic value Boston Scientific delivers to health systems. Success requires strong commercial acumen, intellectual curiosity and the ability to influence without authority in a highly matrixed organization. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, builds trusted partnerships and translates customer insights into strategies that accelerate growth and create measurable business impact.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Lead Corporate Accounts commercialization strategy for key growth drivers within an aligned cardiovascular business, driving successful product launches, customer adoption and sustained growth across strategic health systems.
  • Represent the voice of health system administrators, CVSL leaders and supply chain executives throughout commercialization planning, ensuring customer insights inform business strategy.
  • Develop compelling customer value propositions that demonstrate how Boston Scientific solutions support health system priorities around clinical excellence, operational efficiency, growth and financial performance.
  • Partner with Corporate Accounts Sales and cross-functional teams to develop commercialization strategies, customer value messaging, sales enablement and commercial tools that strengthen customer partnerships and drive growth.
  • Drive launch excellence by equipping the Corporate Accounts sales organization with the insights, education, competitive intelligence and resources needed for successful commercialization.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that align divisional marketing, sales and commercial partners around shared customer strategies and business objectives.
  • Present recommendations and commercialization strategies to executive stakeholders, synthesizing complex information into concise, actionable insights that influence decision-making.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, commercialization, strategic accounts, product management or related commercial leadership roles within healthcare, medical device, life sciences or another complex commercial environment involving executive customers.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing commercialization strategies, product launches or growth initiatives in partnership with sales organizations.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate customer insights into commercial strategies and customer value propositions.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting strategic accounts or commercialization efforts in complex customer environments involving executive stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Experience working with health systems, IDNs, GPOs or other complex healthcare purchasing environments, including knowledge of contracting, reimbursement, health economics or value-based care.
  • Experience serving on cross-functional product core teams or leading commercialization planning for new product introductions.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.
