As a BDM, you won't just be taking on a sales role-you'll be joining a dynamic, fast-growing startup that values innovation, collaboration, and personal growth. Here's what sets us apart and why this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact: Equity (Share Options) At destinationone, we will offer share options in addition to commissions as part of your overall compensation package.

As the company grows, so does your ownership, aligning your goals with the company's long-term success. *Please note - Share options are subject to a vesting period, which is contingent upon both performance and tenure with the company.*

Professional Growth Opportunities By joining destinationone at this early stage, you'll have the chance to develop a diverse set of skills that go beyond a typical sales role. As we build the company from the ground up, you'll be exposed to every aspect of the business, from strategy and branding to client relations. Your professional development will be enhanced as you hone your leadership, business acumen, and entrepreneurial skills, making you a key part of our growth story.

Clear and Attainable Commission Structure We offer a transparent and highly rewarding commission structure, especially for your first few clients. In the early stages, you'll enjoy higher commission rates, allowing you to build a strong income base quickly. With uncapped commissions, the sky is the limit as you onboard more clients and expand your portfolio.

Engagement in the Vision You won't just be selling a service-you'll be helping to shape and build a company. This includes access to mentors, ongoing training, and resources that support your development. Compelling Offer with Short-Term Constraints We understand that joining a startup can come with short-term challenges, but we want you to know that any constraints, such as commission-based pay in the early stages, are temporary.

We are building a company that values its people, and as we grow, so will the rewards. We're offering you a compelling case to join us on this exciting journey, and we believe the potential for success is limitless.
