About the Job:

We're excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Digital Marketing Manager! This position plays a key role in shaping the Bank’s digital presence and joins a strategic marketing department that is focused on innovation and driving digital growth for the Bank. This position is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that enhance customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and support the Bank’s strategic priorities. Ownership of Marketing Automation System, management of the Bank’s website, and oversight of all digital content, analytics, and campaign execution are also core responsibilities of this role. 

The hiring range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Starting pay determined based on candidate’s qualifications and experience.

This position is Full Time, 40 hours weekly. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties May be Assigned):

  • Manages Marketing Automation System, ensuring effective lead capture, automation, and campaign optimization.

    • Develops and executes a digital content calendar including email and social media posts. Builds and manages nurture workflows, segmentation, and reporting dashboards.

  • Supports the Bank’s strategic initiatives by deploying data-driven, automated, and personalized digital solutions. Tracks performance, optimize, and drive measured adoption of digital banking tools.
  • Serves as the day-to-day owner of the bank’s website, ensuring optimal performance, accessibility, compliance, and brand consistency.
    • Partners with internal teams and external vendors to manage updates, landing page development, navigation enhancements, and new feature rollouts.
    • Uses analytics tools (Google Analytics) to monitor behavior, improve conversions, and refine content.
    • Collaborates on website personalization initiatives, including dynamic content, video integration, and tailored customer journeys.
  • Collaborates with the marketing agency on paid media and digital creative development.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders on product promotions, customer stories and employee achievements/acknowledgements.
  • Creates blog content and thought leadership pieces in collaboration with business line leaders to further enhance the Bank’s brand and online presence. Ensures consistent voice, brand standards, and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Develops and maintains SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Designs and updates in-branch signage, digital displays, outdoor signage and marketing collateral.
  • Partners with Compliance to ensure all marketing content meets regulatory and ADA standards.
  • Models and promotes the Country Bank Experience for all staff. Participate in Bank sponsored and community events to increase outreach and foster new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for building long-lasting relationships with customers, community and colleagues through the embodiment of our Core Values: Integrity, Service, Teamwork, Excellence and Prosperity.

Knowledge and Skills

It is required that the employee in this position can work independently, in a past paced, collaborative environment, maintaining a strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Experience with marketing automation or customer journey mapping is preferred. This employee should have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as a background in website management, CMS platforms, UX Principles, and SEO, as well as proficiency in Google Analytics 4. 

This position requires knowledge and experience with paid digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, social platforms), and a preference for knowledge and experience utilizing HubSpot in the Marketing Hub, Caht, and SMS.

Education and Work Experience

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required. A minimum five years of marketing experience is required, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry. Experience with maintaining ADA compliance, financial regulations (or equivalent), and accessibility standards for digital content is preferred. 

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

This position is in an office environment, which means the physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards, with a moderate level of noise. Prolonged periods of sitting and looking at a computer screen with freedom of movement on a regular basis is expected. Minimal physical effort is required but could include: repetitive motion of wrists and fingers; talking and hearing; and handling of light materials and supplies. This position will require frequent local travel between community event sites.
