  • Schedule: 40 hours/week
  • Duration: 6-month contract
  • Start Date: August 10, 2026
  • Pay Rate: $65/hour


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and SQL
  • 2+ years of Salesforce Data Cloud experience (or another enterprise CDP), including audience creation and activation
  • Strong SQL skills with experience working with large relational datasets
  • Experience building customer segments, lifecycle marketing campaigns, and personalized customer journeys
  • Understanding of customer identity resolution, data modeling, and audience governance
  • Experience troubleshooting complex marketing automation and data integration issues
  • Experience working with Marketing Operations, Data Engineering, MarTech, and cross-functional marketing teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Salesforce Data Cloud certifications are a plus


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud audiences, calculated insights, and customer segmentation
  • Validate audience counts, data accuracy, and activation readiness before campaign deployment
  • Configure Data Extensions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, automations, and campaign workflows
  • Build and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
  • Perform end-to-end QA of audience eligibility, personalization logic, and campaign functionality
  • Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot automation or data issues
  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Data Engineering, and MarTech teams to resolve technical issues
  • Document technical specifications, campaign configurations, and deployment processes
  • Support testing and implementation of new Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards, naming conventions, and change management processes
