Purpose
In support of improving CX, lifecycle marketing, and digital optimization across Reece USA, this role will serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and IT teams to help operationalize scalable customer journeys, marketing automation, platform connectivity, and digital experience improvements across all divisions.
This role is responsible for helping build the foundation for lifecycle marketing and the future digital customer experience at Reece through automation, customer segmentation, reporting, website optimization, platform coordination, and customer journey development.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Marketing
  • Build, execute, and optimize automated customer journeys across all Reece divisions
  • Develop triggered automation programs tied to customer behaviors, purchase history, branch interactions, events, website engagement, and customer feedback
  • Support lifecycle marketing initiatives including post-purchase engagement, reactivation, event follow-up, and customer retention programs
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to support personalized communications and customer journey optimization
  • Establish best practices for automation workflows, audience segmentation, campaign execution, and lifecycle communications
  • Support A/B testing and customer journey experimentation to identify engagement opportunities and friction points

Marketing Technology & Platform Coordination
  • Partner closely with IT to support integration and optimization of marketing platforms and customer data flows
  • Support ongoing platform transition initiatives including Builder.io to Contentful, Salesforce to Dynamics, and customer data integration into Snowflake
  • Assist with testing and optimization of new digital tools, automation capabilities, and CX technologies
  • Support optimization of Reece's marketing technology ecosystem in partnership with IT
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency through automation and digital optimization

Customer Experience & Digital Optimization
  • Partner with Marketing and IT teams to improve customer journeys across digital and in-branch experiences
  • Help identify customer friction points and opportunities to improve usability, engagement, and communication effectiveness
  • Conduct ongoing website audits and identify opportunities to improve digital experience, content organization, customer navigation, and conversion paths
  • Collaborate with Marketing Specialists on identifying website content gaps and digital optimization opportunities

AI & Innovation
  • Support evaluation and implementation of AI-powered marketing tools, automation opportunities, and digital CX enhancements
  • Partner with Marketing and IT leadership to identify innovative technologies and scalable automation practices that position Reece at the forefront of digital customer experience and marketing operations

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing technology role

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Experience working in the building products sector
  • Experience partnering with IT or engineering teams on system integrations and platform development
