Accessories on the Boardwalk is looking for floor salesperson who can post on social media as well as adding products to online sales channels and mailing orders.

We are located at Pier Park near The Back Porch and Margaritaville. We offer a creative and friendly environment. We personalize many items and try not to be another cookie cutter tourist store.

We are looking for someone who is responsible for ensuring that sales goals while assisting with guests needs, offering product knowledge, merchandising, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a neat and visually inspiring boutique environment. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with team to support company initiatives and objectives
  • Contributes to a positive and professional work environment, and collaborates with all team members
  • core values, emphasizing a positive work environment that is fun and unique
  • Maintains a high degree of personal integrity
  • Proactively engages in a selling culture that focuses on building a loyal guest following through clear and positive communication
  • Provides excellent customer service on the selling floor, and at the cash wrap as we require that you ask each guest for their information to be added to our mailing list.
  • Is able to balance our guest experience with necessary operational tasks
  • Assists in delivering our visual brand standards and presenting our unique product mix by actively working with products including: stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, steaming, pricing, displaying and merchandising. We do make many items in our store so if you are crafty you will enjoy helping with these items as needed.
  • Proactively educates himself/herself on product knowledge, personalization options and ideas as campaign promotions and merchandising standards
  • Understands and follows all company policies and procedures
  • Performs boutique opening and closing procedures
  • Works effectively with team members to ensure the selling floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom are clean and well maintained.
  • Demonstrates an interest level in understanding retail sales and the relationship to inventory levels in order to assist in identifying needs with team members

.Assists with shipping website orders as well as adding new products, social media posts and marketing.

Requirements
