Leadway International, Inc. DBA Bossen Foods is a global leader in specialty food products and supplies, serving customers and partners across multiple regions. We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This role supports both U.S. and international marketing initiatives across digital, brand, and e-commerce platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and update company websites, ensuring content accuracy, SEO best practices, and consistent branding.
  • Execute marketing design and branding initiatives to support product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Coordinate and maintain social media content calendars and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns through company-approved platforms.
  • Support all global and regional marketing coordination, including promotional materials, brand messaging, and digital asset management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and follow company and manager guidance to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and reporting of campaign performance metrics.
  • Provide administrative and creative support to the marketing and sales teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus — may be substituted with 3+ years of direct experience in marketing in a corporate office environment, preferably in food wholesale or relevant business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience operating e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or equivalent).
  • Solid background and in-depth knowledge of current digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong sense of visual branding, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global business setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
