Full-time

Job description

At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs.

Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission. We've also been named to the Fortune Future 50 list and the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards for “Overall NLP Company of the Year.”

Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here.

The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.

About the Role:

Commure is looking for a Marketing Associate to help us tell the story of what we're building and get it in front of the people who need to hear it. We're at an inflection point, the product is proven, the market is enormous, and we need a marketer who can operate across the full mix to drive awareness, pipeline, and adoption at scale.

This is a generalist role with real ownership. You won't be siloed into one channel or one campaign type. You'll work across content, demand generation, events, product marketing support, and brand to build programs that move the needle. You'll be expected to execute, not just strategize.

You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and the broader GTM team to understand what's working, what the market needs, and where marketing can have the highest impact. You'll be measured on pipeline contribution, content quality, and the programs you ship not decks you build.

What You'll Do

  • Quick iteration on paid ads on Meta, Linkedin, Google

  • Ability to set up activations like collateral promotions, billboards, and other creative marketing campaigns

  • Willing to create creative for quick iteration cycles

  • Own customer stories including case studies, published logos, videos and testimonials

  • Support sales motion by surfacing the right assets throughout the sales funnel

  • Track and report on campaign performance, understanding what's driving results, what isn't, and making data-informed adjustments in real time

What You Have

  • 3–6 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, health tech, finance, consulting or enterprise software or relevant experience, you've operated in a fast-moving environment and know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent

  • Demonstrated ability to own programs end-to-end , you've built campaigns from brief to launch and tracked them through to results

  • Strong writing and content creation skills , you can write a compelling blog post, a tight email sequence, and a punchy one-pager, and you know the difference between each

  • Familiarity with marketing tools across CRM, email, analytics, and CMS; HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Webflow, or equivalents

  • Experience marketing to healthcare, clinical, or regulated enterprise audiences is a strong plus
