About the role
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Internal Products to support the tools, products, and capabilities used by Walmart Connect associates across Sales, Operations, Measurement Insights, and other internal teams. This role will help translate internal user needs into clear product, go-to-market, and adoption priorities that improve how our teams work every day and support Walmart Connect's growth.
This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Measurement Insights, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure internal product priorities are reflected in roadmap planning, launch execution, and ongoing adoption. The Product Marketing Manager will help shape how internal products are positioned, launched, communicated, and used across the business.
What you'll do
  • Serve as the voice of internal users in roadmap planning and prioritization, translating associate needs, workflow pain points, and business impact into clear recommendations.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure internal product opportunities are understood, sequenced, and reflected in roadmap decisions.
  • Build a strong understanding of internal tools, workflows, and product capabilities and use that knowledge to support education, enablement, and adoption.
  • Support GTM strategy, launch assets, messaging, and enablement so they are clear, practical, and relevant for internal users.
  • Partner with internal teams to define adoption strategies, milestones, and activation approaches for priority tools and capabilities.
  • Track adoption progress, surface blockers, and help accelerate product usage through clear follow-through and coordination.
  • Identify user, operational, and competitive signals that affect internal product performance and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Support launches and ongoing adoption by ensuring internal teams have the right narrative, materials, and readiness support.
  • Create and maintain playbooks that help teams drive consistent product usage and improve adoption outcomes over time.
  • Report on adoption progress, key risks, and opportunities to improve performance across internal products.
What you'll bring
  • 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, product management, GTM, internal tools, or a closely related role.
  • Experience supporting product launches, adoption programs, or operational tools in a product or platform environment.
  • Strong ability to translate product capabilities into clear user value propositions, messaging, and enablement.
  • Experience supporting role-specific GTM plans and adoption programs.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess adoption performance, identify blockers, and recommend actions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work across Product, Engineering, and business teams to influence roadmap and adoption outcomes.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience working across internal tools, operational products, or employee-facing capabilities.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, or Measurement teams on adoption and enablement.
  • Experience creating playbooks, training materials, or launch communications.
  • Experience working in retail media, advertising technology, platform marketing, or a multi-product ecosystem.
  • Experience using data and user feedback to shape product priorities and adoption plans.
