This role sits within the Global Marketing organization and will play a key part in executing US marketing strategy across institutional and wealth channels.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the continued growth of a global financial services organization and support its expansion in the US market. You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Relationship Management, Investment Management, and the broader global marketing organization.Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of US channel marketing plans to drive awareness and adoption of the firm's investment capabilities and products across wealth and institutional channels.
  • Create and manage channel-specific campaigns and lead workflow processes to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with sales partners on the planning and delivery of US client events, third-party sponsorships, and webinars, including pre- and post-event campaigns and follow-up.
  • Partner with compliance to ensure content and messaging are timely, compliant, and appropriate for each channel.
  • Leverage data and analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Analyze industry trends, client behaviors, and competitor marketing strategies to help inform marketing decisions.
  • Recommend and implement creative, differentiated marketing solutions.
  • Utilize marketing technology platforms including email automation tools, CMS platforms, webinar/podcast tools, Salesforce, and related systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within investment management, wealth management, financial services, or another relevant regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated experience executing multiple channel marketing initiatives while managing competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms, including email automation tools, CMS platforms, webinar platforms, Salesforce, and/or data visualization tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, remain responsive, and adapt to changing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with creative teams, senior executives, internal stakeholders, sales partners, and external vendors.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach with a willingness to take ownership and contribute wherever needed.
  • Comfortable collaborating across a global, multi-office organization.
