We are seeking a proven Marketing Associate to market our state-of-the-art
Talent Management Software Suite to the mid market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to successfully market
enterprise software solutions to compagnies with revenues between $100K to 1 billion.

Job Description
Support all Product Marketing Specialists and Product Category Managers for all categories (e.g. USD, Flash, Memory, Graphics) in day to day tactical and operational functions.
ResponsibilitiesCoordination of data between Product Managers, Operations, Procurement and Engineering, BOM (Bill of Materials) updating, parts creation, ECRs, RTEs, SPRs, EDRs, etc.
Provide administrative support to all Product Marketing Specialists, Product Category Managers and Senior Marketing Managers
Assist in marketing execution by developing and issuing marketing bulletins, developing presentations, marketing and selling tools, developing creative briefs, website monitoring/updating.
Conduct "store shops" to determine retail assortment, pricing and market environment
Roadmap analysis-tracking progress against plan
Develop a basic understanding of the market and competitive landscape and leverage information in market plan and offerings.
Assist in execution of promotions and develop analysis to evaluate promotion activity
Assist in development of category strategy and roadmap planning by providing market learnings, business analyses, trends and new technology information and assist in the generation of new product and promotion ideas.
Participate in pricing strategy development with Financial Analysis team; assist Procurement in the resolution of pricing issues
Travel as needed to customers for Marketing/Sales presentations and to consumer/tradeshows
