We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support the coordination and execution of ongoing marketing initiatives. This role works across multiple projects and helps ensure campaigns, brand activities, marketing materials, and customer-facing initiatives are organized and executed effectively.

The Marketing Associate will work closely with team members across different functions, providing support wherever marketing activities intersect with customers, campaigns, events, and general business operations.

  • Assist with the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Coordinate marketing materials, project details, schedules, and deadlines
  • Support customer-facing marketing activities and provide general product or service information
  • Help maintain consistent brand presentation across marketing activities and materials

  • Organize customer feedback and market information for internal use
  • Support events, community initiatives, presentations, and other in-person marketing activities
