Job description

This is a rare entry point into B2B fintech marketing at a firm where the work is consequential and the audience is sophisticated. You will join a focused, high-calibre marketing team and contribute to campaigns that reach the most senior operations, technology, and leadership professionals at the world's leading financial institutions.
The role is deliberately broad in its early stages. You will gain substantive exposure across content creation, digital campaigns, event management, competitive intelligence, and performance analytics - before developing a specialism that reflects both your strengths and the team's evolving priorities. You will be given ownership of real deliverables from the outset, and the pace of your development will be limited only by your ambition and capability.
What matters above all is marketing instinct: the ability to understand an audience, craft a message with precision, and move that audience to act. The subject matter - capital markets, post-trade infrastructure, regulatory change - can be learned. The capacity to think and write like a marketer cannot.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Thought Leadership
• Author blog posts, LinkedIn content, one-pagers, and email campaigns that position Access Fintech as the authoritative voice on post-trade innovation.
• Maintain and develop website content through the CMS, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and brand integrity always.
• Partner with the Client Success function to translate client outcomes into compelling case studies and reference materials.
• Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of marketing collateral - including pitch decks, brochures, product sheets, and sales enablement materials - ensuring all assets remain current, consistent, and visually on-brand.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
• Design and execute email marketing programs in HubSpot, encompassing audience segmentation, A/B testing, and rigorous performance measurement.
• Monitor the performance of paid social and search activity, distilling results into clear, actionable reporting.
• Manage the marketing content calendar, coordinating across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of all assets.
Events & Industry Presence
• Lead the operational delivery of industry conferences and Access Fintech-hosted webinars, from initial planning through to post-event follow-up.
• Identify and pursue speaking opportunities, awards, and sponsorship partnerships that strengthen the firm's profile across the capital markets community.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
• Monitor competitor positioning, industry developments, and regulatory change - including T+1 migration, European regulatory initiatives, and related matters - to inform campaign strategy and messaging.
• Curate and maintain a library of market data and third-party research that equips the commercial team with credible, current intelligence.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
• Develop and analyze periodic performance reports on the launched initiatives drawing on HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn, providing clear insight into what is working and why.
• Support the development of attribution frameworks that connect marketing investment to commercial pipeline outcomes.
Requirements
Essential
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a cognate discipline - or demonstrably equivalent professional experience.
• Must possess qualities including - curious, self-starter, accountable, collaborative, Ai skilled, and a growth mindset.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: precise, persuasive, and professionally assured across a range of formats and audiences.
• A proactive, self-directed working style with the organisational rigour to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
• Analytical confidence: the ability to interrogate data, construct a clear narrative from it, and communicate findings effectively.
• Practical familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and at least one email marketing platform.
Desirable
• Prior internship or placement experience within B2B marketing, financial services, or a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrable experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS as applied to email or web content.
• A general understanding of financial markets operations.
