As our Surgical Care brand Marketing Associate, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic Marketing team and make a significant impact on the business by providing real-time sales enablement, customer support, and driving the execution of sales and marketing strategies.

This specific position will have the opportunity to represent a large and competitive portfolio within the Sage Infection Prevention business unit.

The Marketing Associate role is also an opportunity to learn about all areas of our business and develop commercial acumen for future roles within the organization.

Hybrid in Cary, IL.

Core on-site hours of 8am-4pm Monday-Wednesday, with potential to work from home on Thursday and Friday.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Provides support to marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
  • Helps to coordinate and develop marketing tools, assists with trade shows, literature development, presentations, and publicity.
  • Provides sales support to account managers regarding fact finding, information gathering, assistance in proposal development, customer site visits, customer sales calls.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain an up-to-date library of competitive product information.
  • Provide input on new product development.
  • Provide sales training on assigned products, as required.
  • Participate in customer visits as requested.
  • Participate in the pursuit of new business opportunities and new markets, as necessary.
  • Coordinate orders with customer service.
  • Provide unparalleled sales support by answering questions/resolving account manager/customer questions.
  • Provide sales force with competitive and technical data on a timely basis.
  • Accountable for all record keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications.
  • Other general and specified duties may be assigned, consistent with the company’s goals, objectives, and interests.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 0+ years of work experience required.
  • Preferred: Internship experience related to marketing, sales, and/or healthcare preferred.
United States of America Pay Ranges:
  • USN: $59,900 - $83,300 USD Annual

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace.

These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.

Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.

Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements.

Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
