Purpose

As a strategic marketing leader, you will shape how HCPs experience and connect with the brand across the full journey-from insight to engagement to action. You will lead the U.S. development of all HCP compelling value propositions, positioning, and creative strategies that make a meaningful difference for patients and drive measurable business impact.  Serving as a trusted subject-matter expert on the Brand Team, you will translate consumer, clinical, and financial insights into clear, differentiated, and executable marketing strategies across products, indications, and channels.

Responsibilities

  • Listen to insights and feedback from the sales team and lead the development of the Integrated Sales Aid (ISA).
  • Create and execute a new campaign launch in the first six months.
  • Lead consumer journey strategy, identifying opportunities to create more relevant, seamless, and impactful brand experiences.
  • Develop differentiated value propositions, positioning, segmentation, and creative platforms that strengthen brand relevance and competitive advantage.
  • Partner with business leaders to build and execute integrated marketing plans that deliver patient, market, and financial results.
  • Drive annual and long-range business planning, ensuring marketing priorities align with enterprise strategy and growth objectives.
  • Turn consumer, market, clinical, and financial insights into bold, practical strategies that teams can activate with confidence.
  • Build high-performing partnerships with agencies, vendors, and other external collaborators.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally with teams such as Commercial, Medical, Finance, Customer Engagement, Market Access, Analytics, and Sales to deliver strong business outcomes.
  • Own and monitor the product P&L, using strong financial discipline to prioritize investments, manage trade-offs, and maximize return.
  • Accelerate brand growth by increasing penetration, market share, awareness, and consumer engagement.
  • Lead the development of next-generation products, enhancements, and experiences informed by unmet needs and the patient journey.
  • Direct complex marketing initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring plans, campaigns, and deliverables are delivered on time and with excellence.
  • Simplify the story - take complex ideas or strategies and boil them down to understandable action.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Demonstrated marketing experience with progressively increasing responsibility and strong capability across core marketing disciplines.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights, segmentation, positioning, brand strategy, and integrated marketing.
  • Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Experience leading teams, agencies, and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with a practical, action-oriented approach to execution.

Preferred

  • Previous cross-franchise, cross-channel, or portfolio marketing experience.
  • Experience developing consumer-focused products, services, or end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as biopharmaceuticals, healthcare, or medical devices.
