Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

The Opportunity

Kimco Staffing is seeking a Marketing Assistant for our client in Santa Ana. This is a great opportunity for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and product management.

You will support the VP of Marketing while helping maintain the company's online presence, product catalog, social media, and showroom pricing.

What You'll Do
  • Update website products, pricing, inventory, and new product launches
  • Manage and engage with social media platforms
  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns and advertising
  • Create and update marketing content and reports
  • Support the VP of Marketing with data analysis and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate pricing for showroom/display products
  • Assist with various marketing projects and deadlines
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
Requirements
  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience with website and/or e-commerce management
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Professional phone and customer service skills
  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience preferred
  • Must be available to work Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
