Key Responsibilities

Cresset’s Associate, Integrated Marketing will be responsible for working with the Growth team, as well as a variety of teams across Cresset, to execute on a multi-faceted content marketing strategy, with a particular focus on thought leadership and marketing collateral development, distribution, and management. Specific responsibilities include the following:

  • Edit, proofread, and enhance a wide range of marketing content, including thought leadership articles, website copy, presentations, proposals, and client-facing collateral, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Lead the project management and execution of marketing initiatives and content development efforts, ensuring timely delivery, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Develop, optimize, and manage marketing team processes and workflows to improve scalability, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Execute and support integrated content marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and other digital channels to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Partner with Content and Business Development teams to support new business opportunities through compelling messaging, presentation materials, and strategic marketing support.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns align with broader business objectives, firm-wide initiatives, and brand positioning.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics and reporting tools, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve results.
  • Conduct industry, competitor, and market research to inform messaging, content development, and marketing strategy.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, support business growth, and drive organizational change.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional services or marketing experience.
  • Professional background in financial services strongly desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with all levels of an organization to execute on sophisticated. marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Exceptional writing/editing skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment.
