United as a global team, we're connecting cross-functionally, traversing industries and geographies, moving opportunity into action, advancing global economic growth, and propelling progress. • Campaign execution and audience growth: Assisting in the rollout of marketing campaigns designed to grow and retain our audience of investors, this includes supporting the build-out of our distribution capabilities in Canada.
  • Driving investment interest: Delivering high-quality user journeys that facilitate the investment decision-making process for our audience. You will play a key role in executing strategies that drive interest and support AUM growth for our partner ETFs.
  • Product support: Executing plans to increase participation in high-value distribution products, such as driving webcast registrations and boosting attendance for in-person events.
  • Content production and coordination: Partnering with the broader marketing team to ensure all campaign and program assets are created, approved, and deployed on time.
  • Performance tracking: Monitoring engagement data and campaign performance, providing regular reports that help the team understand what is working (or not) and why.
  • Continuous optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve user journeys-whether through better email subject lines, clearer calls-to-action, or improved segmentation.

The successful candidate will be a highly organized, proactive "utility player" who is comfortable wearing many hats.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience within financial services, asset management, or wealth management.
  • Familiarity with marketing tech stacks, including HubSpot, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and collaboration or design tools such as Figma.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects end-to-end, while balancing short and long term objectives.
  • Ability to analyze performance data, identify patterns, and turn insights into next steps.
  • Comfort using AI-powered tools to improve marketing effectiveness, including content development, personalization, audience insights, and performance analysis.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to "roll up their sleeves" to get the job done.
  • Strong attention to detail and high quality of work.
