Job Description We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in strategic and digital marketing and a proven ability to plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing activities that support organizational goals. Responsibilities: Provide strategic marketing consultation and guidance to internal clients in partnership with Marketing leadership. Build marketing plans and drive implementation across channels including advertising, collateral, digital, content, and events/sponsorships. Monitor, measure, and report on marketing performance aligned to mission, strategy, and business objectives. Conduct competitive landscape assessments and provide recommendations. Manage projects through the full lifecycle with effective timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication. Create and assess content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. Represent the organization internally and externally with professionalism and credibility. Build positive relationships with colleagues, leaders, and experts to advance marketing strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Broad knowledge of marketing strategies and integrated channel execution, including digital.
