The Marketing Coordinator II is responsible for supporting our overall sales and marketing efforts by taking on responsibilities including producing proposals, qualifications, award submittals and presentation materials. You will assist with minor business development efforts implementing concepts for and production of collateral materials. The Marketing Coordinator II will manage the local database, manage basic pursuit videos, and interview staff to draft resumes and project sheet descriptions.
A Day in the Life:
  • Meeting with the Business Development and Marketing team to discuss strategic initiatives
  • Developing a layout for a proposal in InDesign and inputting information
  • Interviewing project team members for value-added information to improve proposal response
  • Leading a proposal kickoff meeting with the project team
  • Updating resumes and project sheets

Marketing Coordinator II Required Qualifications:
      • 3+ Years experience marketing experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) industry or similar capacity
      • 3+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.
