The Marketing Coordinator position supports OMSI's Marketing team in coordinating and tracking marketing campaigns and assets to meet key performance indicators. This role requires a team player who also communicates with vendors, assists in cross-departmental communication, helps manage marketing projects, assists in editing or updating internal and external marketing assets, and assists in coordinating the department's finances.

A successful incumbent will have, but not limited to:

  • Understanding of advertising and marketing principles and strategies;
  • Proficient with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to foster relationships with internal partners, understanding their motivations and needs, and thoughtfully synthesizing and executing on appropriate deliverables
  • 2 years of cumulative professional experience with increasing responsibility that include:
    • Program coordination and project management experience;
    • Demonstrated knowledge of key performance indicators and their measurement.
    • Examples of past marketing work, case studies, and/or client solutions.
