About the Role:
Solera is seeking a strategic, experienced, and execution-focused Marketing Specialist to lead campaign execution, content creation, & lead generation for it's North American Business. This role works closely with the Marketing Director and other cross-functional teams (inc. Sales, Product, Enablement/RevOps) to build high-impact marketing programs and effective tactics that resonate with specific automotive stakeholders to manage and grow existing book of business and deliver measurable outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for driving growth, increasing brand awareness, and generating high-quality B2B leads within the automotive dealership industry. You must also have a proven track record and expertise in lead generation channels such as email marketing, in-product advertising, paid media, website optimization, copywriting, publishing partnerships, and sales enablement.
What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on content, lead generation, and sales enablement.

  • Candidates with automotive software experience a plus (though not required)

  • Proven ability to execute performance marketing campaigns across email, paid media, in-product advertising, and website optimization.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets, optimizing spend based on ROI-driven activities.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with a track record of measuring, optimizing, and improving marketing KPIs.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

  • Hands-on experience in sales enablement, account-based marketing (ABM).

  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, and pivoting when necessary.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events, company meetings, and partner engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Performance Marketing
  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, owned, earned) to drive awareness, lead generation, and demand for Solera's extensive Dealer Solutions portfolio.

  • Use data, A/B testing, and analytics to refine messaging, creative, and targeting for maximum campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Own campaign performance end to end, including KPI development, tracking, reporting, and optimization.

  • Work with internal stakeholders, including Marketing Operations, to ensure timely execution and tracking of all channel campaigns, including email, direct, demand gen, events, and more.

Go-to-Market Partnership:
  • Serve as the operational arm of the Marketing Director, ensuring that go-to-market strategies are translated into high-performing marketing plans.

  • Translate product and solution messaging into clear campaign briefs and sales enablement tool.

  • Support product launches and major initiatives with strategic marketing execution aligned to business goals and target audience needs.

Content Development & Sales Enablement:
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to develop compelling marketing materials including emails, landing pages, case studies, webinars, and digital content aligned to the dealer buyer journey.

  • Create tools such as blogs, pitch decks, ad-email-and social copy, value-driven one-pagers, and playbooks that help the sales team communicate clear business value.

Dealer & Market Insights:
  • Stay connected to the challenges and priorities of the target audience to ensure campaign relevance and resonance.

  • Support voice-of-customer interviews and other similar social proof initiatives to extract insights and build authority with our primary audience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management:
  • Work closely with demand gen, analytics, creative, and marketing operations teams to manage timelines, asset delivery, and campaign reporting.

  • Serve as the key marketing liaison to regional dealer sales teams, creating feedback loops and coordinating field-level activation plans.
