99 Healthcare Management is a Dallas based physician practice management company that supports independent healthcare providers across multiple specialties. Our marketing team partners with physician practices to build strong brands, engage patients, and support practice growth.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Assistant who is eager to gain hands on experience in graphic design, digital marketing, social media, branding, website management, and event marketing while working alongside an experienced healthcare marketing team.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with print, digital, and social media marketing campaigns
  • Design brochures, advertisements, presentations, social media graphics, signage, and promotional materials
  • Create engaging content while maintaining brand consistency
  • Update website content and assist with SEO optimization
  • Monitor marketing performance and prepare campaign reports
  • Support promotional events and field marketing activities throughout the DFW area
  • Collect and analyze referral and marketing data
  • Coordinate meetings, marketing materials, and department projects
  • Assist multiple physician practices with marketing initiatives
  • Support day to day operations within the marketing department
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

What We're Looking For

  • An Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • One to two years of marketing experience, including internships
  • Strong graphic design and content creation skills
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing
  • Excellent written, verbal, and proofreading skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software
  • Experience with website management, SEO, or Google Analytics is a plus
  • Reliable transportation, a valid Texas driver's license, and the ability to travel throughout the DFW area
