Digital Marketing & AI Assistant

Location: Palm Coast, FL — On-Site Only

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $28–$32 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility on which days

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and AI-focused Digital Marketing & AI Assistant to join our Palm Coast, Florida office.

This is an on-site position only for someone who is interested not just in traditional digital marketing, but in using artificial intelligence to improve how marketing work is researched, created, automated, analyzed, and executed.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and learning quickly as technology changes. You will support digital marketing initiatives, website updates, YouTube content operations, AI-assisted content creation, automation, and other emerging marketing technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants hands-on experience at the intersection of digital marketing and AI.

What You’ll Do:

• Use AI tools to assist with marketing research, brainstorming, content development, and campaign execution.

• Use generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools to improve productivity and marketing workflows.

• Help research and test new AI tools that can improve content creation, marketing operations, and efficiency.

• Assist with AI-generated and AI-assisted written, visual, and video content.

• Help develop effective prompts and workflows for producing useful, accurate, and brand-appropriate AI output.

• Assist with automating repetitive marketing and administrative tasks using AI and automation tools.

• Update and manage website content using a content management system.

• Publish and optimize blog posts, landing pages, and other website content.

• Use AI-assisted research and optimization techniques to support SEO and content strategy.

• Monitor and update online listings and digital presence.

• Support email marketing, lead management systems, and marketing automation.

• Track marketing performance and assist with reporting and analysis.

• Assist with YouTube content planning, publishing, optimization, and channel growth.

• Use AI tools to assist with YouTube topics, titles, descriptions, research, scripts, thumbnails, and content workflows.

• Coordinate with remote content creators, developers, contractors, and other team members.

• Monitor YouTube and digital marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Continuously research emerging AI tools and recommend practical ways they can be incorporated into existing marketing workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interest in AI, digital marketing, and emerging technology.

• Comfortable using AI tools and learning new platforms quickly.

• Someone who actively experiments with AI rather than relying only on traditional marketing methods.

• Ability to use AI as a productivity tool while still applying independent judgment, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Self-sufficient and a self-starter who can research problems, test solutions, and take initiative.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with both on-site and remote team members.

• Curious, adaptable, and willing to continuously learn as AI technology evolves.

Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree preferred, but not required.

• Recent graduates or candidates with relevant coursework, internships, projects, or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar generative AI platforms is strongly preferred.

• Experience using AI for content creation, research, marketing, automation, image generation, video production, or productivity is a strong plus.

• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, or online content strategy.

• Basic understanding of YouTube content strategy and platform best practices.

• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new AI and marketing platforms quickly.

Preferred Skills — Not Required:

• AI prompting and prompt development.

• AI-assisted copywriting and content creation.

• AI image or video generation tools.

• AI-assisted SEO and keyword research.

• Marketing automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.

• Canva AI, CapCut AI, or other AI-enabled creative tools.

• Google Analytics and digital performance reporting.

• Basic HTML or website editing.

• Experience experimenting with new AI applications and workflows.

Why This Role Is Different:

This is not a traditional digital marketing position.

We are specifically looking for someone who understands that AI is rapidly changing marketing and wants to be part of that transition.

The right candidate should be excited about using AI to work faster, improve content, automate repetitive processes, discover new marketing opportunities, and continuously test better ways of getting results.

You do not need to be an AI engineer or programmer. We are looking for someone who is comfortable using AI practically and creatively as part of everyday marketing work.

Application Instructions

Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your digital marketing and AI experience.

Please also tell us:

• Which AI tools you currently use.

• How you have used AI for marketing, content creation, automation, research, school projects, work, or personal projects.
