Dick Van Dyke Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company-working directly with customers, learning our products and services, and helping deliver an exceptional in-store experience. We provide training on all products, services, and company policies to set you up for success.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and takes pride in maintaining a professional, welcoming store environment.
Sales Associate CompensationDick Van Dyke Inc. allows the Sales Associate to choose between two methods of pay while starting out.
  • Base Salary: $32,000 for the first 12 months of employment + 7% commission

  • Straight 14% commission + training pay of $5400.00 over a span of 12 weeks

Sales Associate Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer customer questions and engage them with merchandise
  • Guide customers to appropriate products and services within the store
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Actively seek out and assist customers on the sales floor
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on new offerings
  • Contribute to departmental sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and partner with the customer service team to resolve issues
