Primary Responsibilities
  • Support global marketing operations by understanding business processes and generating analytics for various marketing areas (digital, marketing campaigns, eCommerce, etc.), as well as department leadership.
  • Manage a team of marketing analysts that use tools, methodologies, and processes to transform and consolidate data and metrics into a visual format in the form of dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
  • Lead marketing campaign reporting efforts to ensure all tracking, tagging and reporting align with project goals.
  • Build, enhance, and support data and metrics from multiple databases and sources to meet business reporting requirements.
  • Create, test and maintain reporting necessary to support business requirements.
  • Recommend and develop new metrics to support the Global Marketing Strategic Plan and overall marketing efforts.
  • Interpret and effectively communicate the results of analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage analysis and reporting for measuring performance of major marketing programs/campaigns/platforms and conduct campaign post-mortem analyses.
  • Provide expertise on Business Intelligence (BI) reporting, Looker Studio and other reporting tools and manage the governance and standards of marketing reporting dashboards.
  • Manage the development of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual performance reporting for the marketing leadership team.
  • Responsible for coaching, motivating, mentoring, and developing direct reports to successfully take on additional responsibilities.
  • Keep up-to-date and informed about digital technologies, eCommerce trends, and analytic tools and technology to make recommendations for enhancements to department's overall analytics strategy.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or Marketing Analytics, along with at least 5 years of related experience
    • Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
  • Occasional travel (0-5%)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in marketing or customer analytics.
  • Microsoft Power BI experience and dashboard reporting.
  • Experience defining analytical project requirements, performing data driven analysis and developing insights.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Hands on analytical tool skills.
  • Ability to develop teams and lead people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and statistical skills, including a detailed working knowledge of business intelligence systems and database tools.
  • Experience with Excel/spreadsheets for exporting and cleaning raw data to extract desired data points and graphs.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, Power BI, and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames, and meet deadlines.

This is a fully on-site position at the New Bremen, OH location.
