Position Overview

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing long-term customer relationships while driving revenue growth across your assigned market.

You will:

  • Support the sales executive in their territory by visiting all clients daily and branding and marketing the company

  • Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure exceptional service

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts

  • Attend networking events and the represent the company potentially to grow a new client base.

  • Represent Our Client at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings and coordinate fun events like Spa Days, Fishing trips, golf events, concerts, sporting events

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship skills with business development instincts and thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment. This position will be accompanied by top leadership training and could potentially evolve into a Sales Executive position.


Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Growth
  • Manage and grow a current base portfolio account for long-term success

  • Develop strong, positive client relationships

  • Act as trusted advisor and primary support to the sales executive

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and improve sales performance

Business Development
  • Generate new business using existing networks and new prospecting strategies

  • Follow up on leads and referrals generated through field activity

  • Secondary to supporting accounts, Identify and network with new sales prospects

Marketing & Brand Representation
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and marketing functions

  • Distribute marketing materials, swag and represent the brand professionally

  • Set up and manage marketing displays when required

  • Host fun marketing events for clients

  • Report quantitative data from marketing efforts to leadership

Collaboration & Customer Satisfaction
