As a Digital Product Manager Lead Senior within PNC's Retail- Digital organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Cleveland, OH, New York, NY, Chicago, IL or Wilmington, DE. The Product Manager, Credit Monitoring & Financial Wellness Platform is responsible for defining and executing strategies that maximize the value of the bank's credit monitoring, financial wellness, and identity protection capabilities. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to drive customer engagement, deepen relationships, improve financial well-being, and create measurable business outcomes through the platform. Working closely with product, analytics, marketing, digital, risk, and technology teams, this individual will develop business cases, evaluate growth opportunities, and define strategies that optimize both customer and bank benefits. The role serves as a key bridge between business objectives and product execution, helping shape priorities, investments, and future platform capabilities.

Strategy & Business Growth
  • Develop strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and utilization of credit monitoring and financial wellness capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to create customer and business value through acquisition, cross-sell, relationship deepening, financial health improvement, and customer loyalty.
  • Build business cases and recommendations for new features, partnerships, and investments based on customer insights, market trends, and financial impact.
Customer & Market Insights
  • Analyze customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities and platform enhancements.
  • Develop customer segmentation, value propositions, and engagement strategies for targeted customer populations.
  • Translate customer needs and business objectives into strategic product priorities.
Partnership & Stakeholder Leadership
  • Partner with marketing, digital, analytics, risk, and product teams to drive adoption and maximize platform performance.
  • Collaborate with technology and delivery teams to ensure strategic priorities are reflected in product roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Support management of third-party partners and providers that enable platform capabilities.
Performance & Optimization
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators related to customer engagement, financial wellness outcomes, product adoption, and business value.
  • Leverage analytics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
  • Develop reporting and executive-level insights that inform strategic decisions and investment priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in product strategy, business strategy, product management, digital banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • Strong experience using customer insights, analytics, and market research to drive business and product decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build business cases, influence stakeholders, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Job Description

Drives digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.

Monitors the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and results in order to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences.

Prioritizes and decisions recommendations.

Drives business case development.

Develops and designs the features of new or existing digital experiences to take advantage of an identified market need or opportunity.

Manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.

Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals.

Partners with Marketing to Develop in product-specific marketing initiatives.

May participate in client facing activities.

As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs.

Drives business, financial, and customer experience results of new and existing products and effectively recommends modifications in experiences and/or marketing to improve results.

May coordinate and/or coach Product Managers and Associates.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $112,000.00 – $249,600.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
