- Maintain competitive catalogs mapping incumbents, teaming dynamics, and historical award patterns across key accounts.
- Capture Support & Price-to-Win Strategy
- Deliver PTW analysis integrating pricing intelligence, historical tendencies, technical discriminators, and risk-based modeling.
- Advise Capture Managers and business development leadership on differentiated value propositions needed to win new and incumbent programs.
- Partner closely with product teams to refine messaging and align offerings with verified market needs.
- Guide capture teams across TS and GS in shaping competitive technical solutions informed by intelligence insights.
- Provide Gate Review inputs including competitive ranges, pricing envelopes, and competitor risk profiles.
- Work with proposal teams to ensure market intelligence informs solution narratives and key differentiators.
- Cross Functional Integration & Collaboration
- Serve as enterprise integrator of intelligence across engineering, capture, proposal, TS, and GS teams.
