Position Summary

The Market Intelligence Coordinator is responsible the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Stillpoint's market intelligence. Market intelligence is one of Stillpoint's core competitive advantages. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving that advantage.


This is not an administrative role, nor is it a traditional recruiting coordinator position. This is an operational role responsible for identifying target clients, building recruiting and business development markets, validating information, improving workflow quality, and maintaining the market intelligence and operational data that support the company's recruiting efforts.


This position requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and a genuine interest in understanding how market intelligence contributes to business growth. The quality of the work performed in this role directly impacts the effectiveness of the entire organization.


Primary Responsibilities

Market Intelligence

  • Build and maintain recruiting markets across targeted industries and geographic regions.
  • Identify target clients aligned with Stillpoint's business strategy.
  • Develop production-ready recruiting markets using established operating procedures.
  • Continuously improve the quality, organization, and completeness of market intelligence.
  • Refresh existing markets as companies, personnel, and industries evolve.


Data Quality

  • Validate company and candidate information across multiple technology platforms.
  • Validate professional social profiles and employment information.
  • Maintain exceptional standards for accuracy, organization, and consistency.
  • Identify data discrepancies and improve overall information quality.
  • Ensure market intelligence remains current and actionable.

  • Build and maintain recruiting workflows across company platforms.
  • Execute operational processes that prepare recruiting markets for production.
