About the role:

The Market Intelligence Analyst is a key position within Hach focused on deriving insights through market, competitive, and business analysis to inform strategic decision-making. This role applies a rigorous analytical skillset to develop proprietary datasets, analytical models, dashboards, and executive reporting that strengthen Hach's institutional knowledge of market dynamics, competitive activity, and commercial performance. A successful Market Intelligence Analyst combines strong analytical skills, business acumen, a bias for action, and growing industry knowledge to work cross-functionally across Hach, integrating internal and external information into meaningful insights and scalable knowledge assets. The role also leverages business intelligence and AI-enabled tools to automate workflows, enhance research, improve knowledge management, and accelerate insight generation, enabling faster and more informed business decisions. In this role, a typical day will look like: Develop and maintain sustainable processes to collect, organize, analyze, and manage internal and external data related to Hach's markets, market size and growth, customers, competitors, commercial performance, regulators, and industry trends, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and actionable. Develop and deliver business intelligence solutions that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders through Power BI dashboards, Excel models, executive reports, market intelligence briefings, presentations, and automated reporting tools. As part of the Market Intelligence team, translate business objectives into information and analytical requirements by conducting high-quality primary and secondary market research, market sizing, integrating internal and external data sources, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Develop, standardize, and continuously improve market sizing and analytical models, competitive intelligence processes, reporting tools, and knowledge repositories while leveraging AI-enabled solutions and automation to improve research, reporting, and operational efficiency. Understand and leverage the relevant Veralto Enterprise System (VES), including but not limited to Problem Solving, Daily Management, Customer Segmentation, and Voice of Customer (VOC), to drive continuous improvement and support data-driven decision-making. Create clear, compelling, and data-driven market intelligence storylines and executive-level insights that inform annual strategic planning, commercial initiatives, product strategy, and other critical growth opportunities.

These are the must-have requirements for the role:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance or Business Administration a plus.
  • 3+ years of progressive work experience; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
These are nice-to-have skills that will set candidates apart:
  • Proficiency with Salesforce;
  • Experience with AI-tools

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
