RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and performance issues
  • Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicate repair findings to service advisors
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Continue learning through training and certification programs

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience as an automotive technician preferred (dealership or independent shop)
  • Tire shop or quick-service automotive experience strongly encouraged
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and standard shop equipment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • ASE certifications a plus but not required
  • CDK experience a plus
  • Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

COMPENSATION: 

The Senior Service Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $32.00 and $50.00. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

  • Hourly and Flat Rate based on experience and certifications.
