$70,304.00 /Yr. - $77,497.00 /Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

About This Job
The Business Analyst II partners with cross-functional teams to improve business processes, enhance data accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making. This role translates business needs into actionable insights by gathering requirements, performing analysis, and delivering reporting that drives operational effectiveness.
The position will focus heavily on data operations and analytics supporting the Deposits, Lending, and Services business units. Responsibilities include developing and executing SQL-based reporting, performing ad hoc analysis to address business needs, supporting operational and production reporting, and maintaining and enhancing Tableau dashboards. The Analyst will partner with stakeholders across the bank to deliver insights, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and system integrations
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress
  • Collaborate with project managers, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Document business processes, system requirements, and user manuals to ensure clear understanding and support ongoing maintenance

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics) or 5+ years of data analytics experience
  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining Tableau reports
  • Strong T-SQL skills with experience supporting ad hoc and recurring analysis
  • Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and clearly communicate data-driven insights
  • Experience supporting marketing data operations, including email marketing and servicing list pulls
  • Working knowledge of U.S. consumer financial regulations (e.g., Privacy Act, Affiliate Opt-Outs, CAN-SPAM)
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, web analytics/debugging tools (e.g., GA4, Chrome DevTools), and paid affiliate marketing platforms is a plus
