The Plant Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for Creative Plastics, ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of all manufacturing activities. This individual will be responsible for driving performance across production, quality, safety, maintenance, inventory, and workforce development while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. This position will work closely with senior leadership to support customer expectations, improve operational performance, and position the business for long-term growth.
Creative Plastics is seeking a forward-thinking leader who embraces innovation, technology, and change. As the company continues to invest in advanced manufacturing processes, automation, digital tools, and operational efficiencies, the Plant Manager will play a key role in helping shape the future of the organization. Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for Creative Plastics ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of all manufacturing activities
  • Drive performance across production, quality, safety, maintenance, inventory and workforce development
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
  • Develop people and build high-performing teams
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support customer expectations, improve operational performance and position the business for long-term growth
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Plastic Industry (preferably extrusion amp; injection)
  • Demonstrated manufacturing leadership experience
  • Prior success driving continuous improvement and operational processing
  • Strong background in safety and quality
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Strong communication skills and visible leader on the manufacturing floor
  • Desire to learn, drive results and embrace innovation, technology, and change
  • Strategic Workforce development experience preferred
  • Supply chain, inventory management, root cause, and problem-solving experience preferred
Supervision Received:
Works with minimal supervision. Issues and concerns need to be communicated to the supervisor.
Physical Requirements:
