At KIK Consumer Products, we make and package the cleaning and pool care products families count on—from household names like Spic and Span and Comet to private-label essentials. We thrive on accountability, teamwork, agility, and uncompromising ethics.

The Challenge

We’re looking for a coordinator-level forklift professional who thrives in fast-moving manufacturing. Picture this: production calls for components, trailers arrive with raw materials, and finished goods need racking—all at once. You prioritize, execute, and keep documentation tight so quality never slips and safety always leads.

Your Mission

  • Load/receive inbound/outbound trailers; manage racking moves.
  • Complete Hazmat-compliant documentation for loading activities.
  • Record transactions in our Warehouse Management System and via RFID.
  • Support packing and quality inspections; hand-stack pallets as needed.
  • Be the last checkpoint for final quality—ask when in doubt.
  • Own housekeeping and safety in your zone; practice and promote GMPs and SOPs.
  • Join Continuous Improvement to remove waste and boost flow.
  • Work safely around high noise (varies by area) and diverse chemicals.
When You’ll Work & What You’ll Earn

1st shift: Monday–Thursday 9:00am–5:00pm; Friday 7:00am–3:30pm EST. Overtime as needed. $21.63/hour.

What It Takes
  • 2+ years of forklift experience; sit-down preferred.
  • Background in distribution, manufacturing, or food industry environments preferred.
  • Read, write, and speak English effectively.
  • Stay sharp: sustain visual focus, alertness, and active listening over long stretches.
  • Physically capable to stand, sit, lift, bend, crouch, reach, and climb repeatedly for up to 12 hours.
  • Handle sprayers, bottles, caps and other packaging components with dexterity.
  • Follow Health & Safety and GMP requirements without compromise.
  • Lift 45 lbs from floor level occasionally.
  • Operate forklifts safely around people, vehicles, and equipment for up to 12 hours.
  • Perform in a non-temperature-controlled setting with heat/humidity as needed.
  • Available for overtime.
