Job description

Position: Warehouse Material Handler
Location: Cary, IL, 60013
Shift: Hours are 8:20am - 4:30pm, (Mon - Fri)
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour on W2
Duration: 30 Weeks and 4 Days
 
Job Description:
Steel toe shoes required.
Possible OT opportunity.
Responsible for transportation of material as well as inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.
 
Duties:
Moves materials to and from both warehousing and manufacturing locations.
Enters data into computer or uses RF devices for inventory control.
Distributes paperwork to appropriate departments for processing.
Loads and unloads trucks.
Performs housekeeping duties as assigned.
 
Requirements;
HS Diplomas/GED, must be able to lift/move up to approximately 50 pounds on a daily basis and up to 80 pounds occasionally and reach above shoulder 5% of shift.
Must be able to bend and push cartons of product weighing up to 50 pounds throughout shift.
Must have good vision and hearing.
Must be able to drive a forklift and have basic math/PC skills.
Must be able to read, write and speak English in order to communicate with staff and facilitate material movement successfully.
