Job description

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor paying $60,000-$75,00 DOE. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!


2nd shift 3pm – 11:30pm


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and provide daily direction to warehouse associates and other assigned team members.
  • Coordinate workflow, staffing, and daily priorities to meet production and shipping requirements.
  • Monitor employee productivity, attendance, performance, and adherence to company procedures.
  • Assist with training, onboarding, and development of new and existing employees.
  • Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, inventory movement, material handling, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping.
  • Work closely with production, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure materials and finished products are handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper organization and storage of materials and electronic components.
  • Monitor quality standards and help identify and resolve operational or workflow issues.
  • Enforce workplace safety procedures, company policies, and proper material-handling practices.
  • Communicate staffing needs, production concerns, performance issues, and operational updates to management.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.


Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Strong background in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production operations.
  • Experience supervising and directing warehouse employees in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adjust to changing production or operational needs.
  • Familiarity with inventory control, shipping/receiving, and general warehouse processes.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with warehouse or inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling electronic components and finished products.
  • Ability to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the shift.


Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in electronics, computer hardware, technology manufacturing, or a similar production environment.
  • Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing or distribution facility.
  • Experience training, coaching, and evaluating warehouse employees.
