Job description

Now Hiring: Sales Director - Southeast Region (Manufacturing, Fintech, Healthcare)

Location: Remote (Preferred hubs: Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, Nashville)

Role Type: Senior Individual Contributor / Player-Coach

Focus: New Logo Acquisition (Mid-Market: $200M-$2B | Enterprise: $5B-$20B)

We are seeking a Strategic Sales Director to serve as a key growth driver for our Southeast U.S. business. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role for a senior sales professional who brings an active, portable network of C-suite and VP-level relationships within Manufacturing, Fintech, Banking, and Healthcare/Life Sciences.

This is not an inbound or order-taking role. We are looking for a proven enterprise hunter who can open doors, displace incumbents, and drive complex deal cycles from first conversation through close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new logo acquisition across Manufacturing, Fintech, and Healthcare/Life Sciences
  • Leverage existing executive relationships (CTO, COO, VP Engineering, CIO) to generate a pipeline quickly
  • Displace legacy system integrators by positioning agile, high-seniority digital transformation services
  • Own full sales lifecycle, including executive outreach, qualification, proposal leadership, and closing
  • Build and maintain a strategic "Golden List" of 30-40 high-value target accounts in the Southeast region
  • Execute regional go-to-market strategy across key enterprise and mid-market clusters

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience selling IT Professional Services, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation solutions
  • Proven ability to close $200K-$5M+ enterprise and mid-market deals
  • Established, active network of senior decision-makers in the Southeast U.S.
  • Strong experience in at least one vertical: Manufacturing, Fintech/Financial Services, or Healthcare/Life Sciences
  • Demonstrated success in proactive hunting and pipeline creation (not dependent on inbound leads)
  • Willingness to travel regionally (25-30%)

Success Metrics (First 6 Months):

  • 30 Days: Complete onboarding and finalize Top 40 target account list
  • 60 Days: Secure 10+ executive-level discovery meetings through existing network
  • 90 Days: Build $1.5M+ qualified pipeline
  • 180 Days: Close first major engagement and establish $3M+ ACV trajectory

If you are a senior sales leader with a strong regional network and a track record of opening doors and closing complex enterprise deals, we welcome your interest or referrals.
