ROLE OVERVIEW
As Integrating Manager for the Radar Test & Evaluation (T&E) business segment, you are responsible for the overall operations, growth, and market positioning of Keysight's radar T&E business in your assigned area of responsibility. You translate segment and portfolio strategy into executable tactical plans, and you lead a team of business development managers, engineers, and supervisors who carry those plans into the field.
You direct and integrate the resources of multiple workgroups - business development, field sales, product/solution marketing, and technical specialists - to develop regional go-to-market strategies, identify and win key accounts, and build the solution narratives that connect evolving radar trends to Keysight's test and validation portfolio. This is a people-management role reporting to the Sales/Business Development senior Director for ADG.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Business strategy & operations. Own the overall operations and business objectives for the radar T&E segment in your area of responsibility; develop regional business development and sales strategies, and manage the segment sales funnel end to end.
  • Translate strategy into tactics. Convert portfolio and segment strategy into tactical business plans, programs, and short-term order forecasts; define priorities and delegate initiatives across your team and partner workgroups.
  • Lead and develop people. Manage business development managers, engineers, and supervisors - and, where applicable, senior individual contributors; set objectives, coach for performance, build bench strength, and drive talent acquisition and retention across the segment.
  • Key account development. Identify and prioritize key accounts across defense primes, contractors, and government labs; partner with field sales management to set sales targets for specific customer segments and orchestrate multi-year account and engagement plans.
  • Portfolio positioning. Shape and champion solution narratives that position Keysight's radar T&E portfolio - RF/microwave instrumentation, electronic warfare and SIGINT test, over-the-air (OTA) chambers, radar target generation, and PNT/GNSS test - against the customer's evolving mission needs.
  • Drive emerging trends. Frame Keysight's response to the shift toward software-defined, simulation-based validation of cognitive and AI-enabled radar and modern AESA/phased-array systems; ensure the segment's messaging and roadmap engagement stay ahead of market direction.
  • Cross-functional integration. Partner with product line management, R&D, solutions engineering, and marketing to align offerings, pricing, and campaigns with segment demand; represent the voice of the radar customer internally.
  • Forecasting & funnel health. Deliver accurate short-term order forecasts and maintain a healthy, well-qualified funnel; monitor pipeline metrics, win rates, and competitive dynamics and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Compliance & customer trust. Ensure engagements observe the export-control, ITAR, and CMMC/CUI handling requirements inherent to defense customer relationships.
