THE WORK
The selected candidate will be the Operations Program Manager leading multiple concurrent Clearwater Programs. This position will be responsible for leading proposal efforts while managing manufacturing execution throughout the period of performance. As part of this role the leader will be responsible but not limited to managing the baseline plan, capacity and resource analysis and the Cost Account Management (CAM) of the projects. This position will be providing direction to a team of Manufacturing Project Managers working various Clearwater projects.
