PROJECT MANAGER (Direct HIRE, NOT a Contract)

Full Time Position
OVERVIEW:
  • Manage manufacturing programs, projects and/or activities from concept to implementation
  • Manage development and implementation of various programs &/or projects
  • Scheduling and coordination of activities across multiple departments
  • Lead new or modified production process and plant logistics flow improvement initiatives
  • Conduct &/or support production feasibility and capacity studies as well as develop/implement countermeasures
  • Generate and/or revise CAD plant and process layouts
  • Evaluate and improve processes
  • Analyses and plans work force utilization, space requirements and work flow, and designs layout of equipment and work space for maximum efficiency
  • Confers with planning and design of staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods
  • Estimates production times, staffing requirements and related costs to provide information for management decisions
