Job description

As our Final Integration Manufacturing Project Manager Operations Lead, you will be the cost, schedule, technical and programmatic interface between the program and manufacturing.
Cost: Understands budget allocation and drives cost performance across Operations
Supports program proposal and basis of estimate efforts including budget and schedule.
Account for and manage all out of scope requests (ENG change, hardware returns, additional test requirements etc) to ensure proper budget considerations
Schedule: Drives planning and execution across Operations
Lead Program Status Meetings
Drives daily actions out of team (ENG, S/C, MWI, Tooling, MFG, TP, Test, Facilities, etc)
Drives forward/backward pass analysis to understand hardware critical path
Coordinates inter-facility or cross-site actions and readiness across major functional organizations
Technical: Demonstrate technical understanding
Can articulate and discuss technical issues but not required to be a SME
Drives technical production issues back through program, or engineering for resolution
Ensures Engineering, ME's and MRP understands and works to production need dates
Supports MRB, FRB and ARB as needed
Programmatic: Interface between Operations, Engineering, Program Lines of Business
Communicates hardware status to program and customer
Ensure Operations Readiness: Host Manufacturing Reading Reviews (MRR) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) as needed
Host Program Management Reviews with Operations, Program and Customer
Support any Program or LOB specific meeting/review as needed
Drive development of what if analysis and risk mitigation plans related to technical or capacity resource issues
Engages early with Operations leadership for return to green plans
