Schedule

Shift Start Time: Between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM

Due to the seasonal nature of our business, shift schedules may be adjusted based on production needs. Overtime, weekends, and additional hours may be required during peak production periods.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Production Worker, you will support the manufacturing process by preparing ingredients, operating production equipment, packaging finished products, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. You will work closely with team members to ensure production goals are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and stage ingredients according to production schedules and product specifications.
  • Operate, monitor, and assist with production equipment and machinery.
  • Follow recipes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Package finished soup products according to company standards.
  • Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Maintain accurate production records as required.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation activities to support food safety standards.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and handling ingredients and packaging materials.
  • Support changeovers, equipment setup, and general production needs.
  • Identify and communicate quality, safety, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Qualifications Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Basic math and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends as needed.
Preferred
  • Previous food manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Experience operating manufacturing or packaging equipment.
