Dynamic Dies is looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing. No previous die making experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you the skills needed to succeed in this specialized trade.

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you'll help build precision tooling used to manufacture corrugated boxes for companies throughout North America. Every day you'll work with quality materials, specialized equipment, and detailed manufacturing drawings to create products that are essential to the packaging industry.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Building custom steel rule dies from engineering drawings and production specifications
  • Measuring, assembling, and inspecting components for accuracy
  • Working with wood, steel rule, rubber, and other production materials
  • Operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining quality standards throughout the production process
  • Collaborating with experienced coworkers to solve problems and improve production
  • Keeping your work area organized and following all safety procedures

No experience building dies? That's expected. We provide structured, hands-on training so you can confidently learn every aspect of the position.

What We're Looking For

We're more interested in attitude than previous experience. Successful team members are dependable, enjoy learning new skills, and take pride in producing quality work.

Qualified candidates typically have:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
  • Mechanical aptitude or an interest in working with tools
  • A strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Manufacturing, construction, automotive, woodworking, maintenance, machine operation, assembly, fabrication, or other hands-on experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule & Pay
  • Starting wage of $18.00 per hour or higher, depending on experience
  • First Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • Full-time position with consistent weekday hours
