Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Laser Production Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for creating high-quality personalized products through the operation of laser engraving and finishing equipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains exceptional quality standards, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision and efficiency are essential.

As a valued member of our production team, you will play a critical role in delivering personalized products that exceed customer expectations while contributing to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Compensation:

$18 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter customer order information and personalization details using computer-based production systems.

  • Operate laser engraving equipment to personalize products according to customer specifications.

  • Utilize rotary engraving tools and related equipment to complete custom personalization requests.

  • Perform finishing and polishing processes to ensure products meet established quality standards.

  • Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to verify accuracy and workmanship.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Support departmental objectives and assist with additional production-related duties as needed.

  • Quality and Performance

  • Consistently meet productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations.
